The die determines capacity and pellet quality more than any other part. We supply ring dies and flat dies in various diameters, widths and hole patterns, with the compression ratio matched to your raw material — sawdust, straw, waste wood or animal feed.
When ordering we need: press model, die outer diameter, working width, hole diameter and compression ratio. If you do not have those figures, a photo of the machine nameplate and a sample of the worn die is enough.
Cannot find the exact part?
Most pellet mill parts are sourced against the machine model, and anything unavailable is manufactured from a sample or drawing by our partners.
