What data we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect only what you enter yourself: name, company, e-mail, phone, city, machine model and your message. The IP address and time of sending are stored solely to protect the form from abuse.
Why we use it
The data is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, deliver the goods. We do not use it for automated marketing campaigns and we do not sell it to third parties.
Who we share it with
When a quote requires manufacturing or finishing, the technical data (dimensions, drawing, machine model) may be passed to the manufacturer or partner producing that part. Personal contact details are not shared unless necessary for delivery.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant and deleted on request. To have yours deleted, simply write to info@pelletspareparts.com.
Cookies
The site uses a technically necessary session cookie (form protection) and a cookie storing your chosen language. There are no tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Content and prices
Catalogue information is indicative. The final specification, price and lead time are those stated in the written quote. Machine manufacturer names are used solely to describe part compatibility.
