Spare parts for pellet mills
Dies, rollers, shafts and roller holders for industrial pelleting lines — sourced directly from the manufacturer, with technical support and local machining cooperation.
Before quoting we check the mill model, dimensions and the raw material you pelletise.
When no catalogue part exists, we make it from your sample with dimensional inspection.
Standard parts from manufacturer stock, the rest made to order with a confirmed lead time.
Help with roller gap, compression ratio and the causes of premature wear.

The die and rollers wear as a pair, and once the gap drifts out of tolerance the output drops and power consumption jumps. That is why we do not sell "a part from the catalogue" — we supply the part that matches your mill and your raw material.
- Verification before quoting — machine model, dimensions, hole diameter and compression ratio matched to the raw material.
- Sourced directly from the manufacturer — without the chain of middlemen that inflates price and lead time.
- Local machining cooperation — finishing, manufacturing from sample and dimensional inspection in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- A spare set in advance — planning wear parts so the line never waits for a delivery.

Our manufacturing partners
Part of the machining, finishing and manufacturing from sample is done together with local engineering companies — a shorter route to a part that is not in any catalogue.
TMD-AGS
A precision machining company supplying industrial and automotive customers. Quality is certified to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, which in practice means a controlled process, traceability and consistent tolerances from batch to batch.
PK Praezision Technik d.o.o.
Specialists in manufacturing and regrinding all types of rotary cutting tools in carbide and HSS, on 5-axis CNC grinders. Tool geometry is matched to the material — from structural steels and alloys to cast iron and hardened steel.
What customers ask us most
Short answers to the questions that come up before every order.
How do I know which die I need?
We need the mill model, the outer diameter and working width of the die, the hole diameter and the raw material you pelletise. If you do not have those figures at hand, a photo of the machine nameplate and of the worn die with its main dimensions measured is enough.
What is the compression ratio and why does it matter?
It is the ratio between the effective hole length and its diameter. Too high means more resistance, higher power draw and blockages; too low gives a soft pellet that crumbles. The ratio is chosen for the raw material — hardwood, softwood, straw and animal feed all need different values.
What are the delivery times?
Standard parts from manufacturer stock ship fastest, while made-to-order parts are produced to specification. The lead time is always confirmed in the quote, before the order, and we tell you if it changes.
Can you make parts from a sample if I have no drawing?
Yes. The worn part is measured and a new one is produced by our partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with dimensional inspection before delivery. This is often faster than waiting for an import and viable even for a single piece.
Should the die and rollers be replaced together?
As a rule, yes. Die and rollers wear as a pair, so a new roller in a worn die (or the other way round) degrades faster and output drops. If the assembly has already seized, we also recommend replacing the roller holder.
Do you deliver outside Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Our primary market is Bosnia and Herzegovina, and delivery to the wider region and the EU is possible by arrangement. Send an enquiry with your location and quantity and we will confirm the terms.
Tell us which part you need
Not sure of the exact part number? No problem. A photo of the machine nameplate or of the worn part with its main dimensions measured is enough.
