The roller presses the material through the die holes and wears as a pair with it. We supply complete rollers as well as separate roller shells and bearing assemblies.
Different working surface profiles are available — longitudinal grooves, diamond and dimpled — because the profile directly affects material intake and slipping with wetter raw material.
